Making Referrals to PAC Programs & Services

Any student referrals to PAC services must come from the sending school district of the student involved. Though PAC is pleased to provide general information regarding programs and services to parents and to LEA representatives, any serious consideration of enrolling a student must begin with the formal initiation of referral documents from the sending school district's Special Education Office to the Pilgrim Area Collaborative Administration.

Referrals to Pilgrim Area Programs should be directed to Deb Booth, Referral and PACES Coordinator. Individual referrals specific to the Pilgrim Academy should be sent to Cheryl Jacques, Pilgrim Academy Director. Contact information for these individuals is indicated below.
