This program serves students, ages 14 to
22, who have moderate to severe challenges with a wide range of
abilities. These students are beginning to make the transition into
adulthood. All student rotate through the curriculum areas: academics,
life skills, and employment training. A gradual transition is made
to a vocational focus, with an increasing emphasis on practical
life situations. As students approach the end of their school career
at age 22, the focus of the program changes to an exploration of
employment options and skills for independent living.
