PACES provides comprehensive, individualized assessments and evaluations to help school teams better understand a student's strengths, needs, and current level of functioning. Our goal is to provide meaningful information that supports educational planning, guides instruction and intervention, and helps teams develop appropriate services, supports, and goals. Recommendations are designed to be practical, individualized, and directly connected to the student's educational programming and identified areas of need.
Our assessment process considers the whole student and, when appropriate, examines skills and needs across school, home, community, vocational, and post-secondary environments. Evaluations may include record review, interviews, observations, standardized and criterion-referenced measures, data collection, and collaboration with families, educators, and other members of the student's team.
