Annie Bucca, LABA
Annie is a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) dedicated to building meaningful, lasting supports for children, families, and schools. She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism. Annie joined PACES in 2015, where she currently oversees home-based services and parent training and provides school-based behavioral consultation, home assessments, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
Annie takes a whole-child approach to behavioral support, recognizing that behavior is shaped by communication, social-emotional development, environment, relationships, and each individual's unique strengths and needs. Her work focuses on understanding the function and context of behavior while promoting autonomy, self-advocacy, emotional regulation, and skill development.
In schools, Annie conducts behavioral assessments and collaborates with educational teams to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), set up data-collection systems, and monitor progress toward behavioral and IEP goals. She enjoys designing practical supports that help students access their education, build independence, and connect with peers.
In the home, Annie provides parent training and supervises programming focused on socially significant behaviors and functional skills that help families navigate everyday life. She has supported individuals from 18 months through young adulthood with a range of developmental, behavioral, and learning needs, and she values strong partnerships with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams in working toward sustained outcomes.
